XCDRS Roller Screen is an essential equipment in the mining conveyor system. It can improve the efficiency of the crusher and reduce the energy consumption as well as metal wear of the crusher. The machine has wide adaptability to ore, especially for high moisture ore which has superiority, not easy to clog, with simple structure, smooth operation, no vibration, low noise, less dust, high output, energy saving and environmental protection.
XCDRS Roller Screen uses a single motor with a single shaft rotation to push the material forward along the roller shaft, while breaking the material loose. The particles which are smaller than the roller gap fall through the gap between the rollers because of their self-weight and roller rotation force. The particles which are larger than the roller gap remain on the roller surface and continue to move forward. Then they fall into the crusher to achieve the purpose of ore feeding and screening.
